Baby Yoga Benefits
Baby Yoga will enhance your child’s mental and emotional development and physical fitness using especially adapted classical yoga postures.
The fun exercises (as developed by Dr Freedman, Birthlight Trust) increase co-ordination both in you and the baby. Physiologically the children are given a head-start with muscle strengthening sequences made into entertaining games. Your child’s senses will be stimulated and their natural flexibility will be nurtured.
You will notice your child’s sleep pattern improve and you will be shown ways to help alleviate tummy cramp and other digestive issues. All the sessions aim to increase your natural bond and show you methods to refine your communication with your baby.
