Q: When can we start with parent and Baby Yoga?

A: You can start attending classes as soon as you and your baby have had your 6-week check. 


Q: I had a C-section. When can I start?

A: You will need to have your 6-week check with the doctor and if you are recovering well, you can start as soon as you have a medical go-ahead.


Q: Do we need to bring our own mat to the class?

A: All mats are provided. All you need is comfortable clothing, such as a T-shirt and leggings both for you and your baby.  It’s also useful to bring a towel. 


A: Come along to the toddler yoga session instead.

Q: What do I do if my baby is on the move?
